Credit Card Information

TalentCove does not store credit card information. Credit card transactions, if any, are transmitted to a financial gateway, and we endeavor to protect the security of your payment information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

A Word (or Two) About Cookies

We use cookies for the protection and convenience of our users. Cookies allow us to serve secure pages to our users without asking them to sign in repeatedly. If a user‘s system is idle for more than a designated period of time, however, the cookie may expire, forcing the user to sign in again to continue their session. This prevents unauthorized access to your information while you are away from your computer. TalentCove may store non-personally identifying information in a cookie that it places on your computer. For those referring others: By referring someone, TalentCove will disclose to that person that you referred them. TalentCove users and clients can manage their information and can opt-out of future communications through their settings.

Although TalentCove meets or exceeds the minimum privacy and data security requirements in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including without limitation the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Children‘s Online Privacy Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the United States Department of Commerce Safe Harbor Principles, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, we cannot guarantee complete security.

TalentCove may disclose information about its users and clients if required to do so by law or legal process or to law enforcement, or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; enforce contractual claims; respond to claims that the posting of any content on the Service violates any third-party rights; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of TalentCove, its users, or the general public.

TalentCove may also legally obtain data that is in the public domain or through contractual agreements with third-parties. TalentCove may use this legally-obtained data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Children‘s Issues

The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age, and children under that age must not use the Services to submit any individually identifiable information about themselves. If we learn children under the age of 13 have used or accessed the Service we will delete their information as quickly as possible. Business Transfers

In the event that TalentCove is (or its assets are) acquired by another company, personal information and content you posted to the Service would be among those assets transferred to the acquirer.
