We receive and collect certain types of information when you interact with the Service. The server on which the Service is located collects and saves only the default information customarily logged by web server software. In no event shall this aggregated information, whether maintained internally within TalentCove or released to a third party, contain any personally identifying information pertaining to any specific user.
TalentCove does not store credit card information. Credit card transactions, if any, are transmitted to a financial gateway, and we endeavor to protect the security of your payment information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
For those referring others: By referring someone, TalentCove will disclose to that person that you referred them. TalentCove users and clients can manage their information and can opt-out of future communications through their settings.
Although TalentCove meets or exceeds the minimum privacy and data security requirements in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including without limitation the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, the Children‘s Online Privacy Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the United States Department of Commerce Safe Harbor Principles, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, we cannot guarantee complete security.
TalentCove may disclose information about its users and clients if required to do so by law or legal process or to law enforcement, or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; enforce contractual claims; respond to claims that the posting of any content on the Service violates any third-party rights; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of TalentCove, its users, or the general public.
The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age, and children under that age must not use the Services to submit any individually identifiable information about themselves. If we learn children under the age of 13 have used or accessed the Service we will delete their information as quickly as possible.
